Error in consuming external webservice in SE80 - SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION)

Dear Gurus,

Hope you all are fine. I am consuming 2 external web services (Non SAP) in ABAP (SE80 - Service Consumer). These are working fine in SAP DEV server. In DEV i am getting response message from other system and everything is fine. But when i execute these proxies in SAP QAS server, i am getting this error.

(SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION))

can anybody tell whet could be the problem?
