if you select based the below options it will work as per your requirment.
CAL DAY : it is based on u r frequency of data collection if u want daily once load u can o for the 0CALDAY but the load should be daily once.
TIME STAMP: If do u want to extract the on hourly basis u can go for the )time stamp here u can select the lower limit as your wish like may 60 seconds (it petchs 60 seconds back activated documents also for avoiding the mismatch of records,some times it is not required also)
Numeric pointer :it is based on the serial number ,once it is failed it will not maintain log and if any record changed it will treat as new record in number and here u can use the upper limit for from which record number do u want to extract.
