Hope you are aware of Master data tables.
P - Time Independent Display Attr
Q - Time Dependent Display Attr
X - Time Independent Nav Attr
Y - Time Dependent Nav Attr
I think your data is incomplete. You can simply reload all master data(full load) to that infoobject and run ACR. This will not impact anywhere. In fact, this will make everything ok.
