I would go with Profit Centers, rather than Busn Areas.. Reason - SAP suggests that and no future developments in BAs are going to happen

You need to have 2 separate PCs and ensure that you have created required cost centers (CC) under each PC.. You may also need a common PC and Common CC to account for common expenses, if any, which can be allocated later on

Also ensure that Material masters are also having one of the 3 PCs (Incl Common PC) , so that revenue also flows to PC directly

With this, you should be able to achieve Area wise Inc Statement
