Thank you for sharing all your valuable answers, actually i am in middle of Data Migration and found out that the cost center is not getting updated.
I have maintained Cost Center relationship with org unit so that the inheritance happens to the position.
When i did a unit test of hiring a person and assigning him to a position i received a unique error, which is as follows.

I Checked with the FI guys about this error and they told me that the error is due assigning of Controlling Area Plan Version From 2013.
The error occurred because the master data begins from 2006 in Infotype 0001 (Start Date).
The FI have changed the Controlling Area of the Plan version till 2005 and the error disappeared.
And the DM is successful.
