MSS tab did not show correct records count

Hi Experts,

I new to ESS/MSS and I faced an issue in Team Performance's MSS list.

Before I launch the MSS, I ran the program POWL_D01 and POWL_D06 before hand.

when I launch the MSS, "Status Overview (5)" display the available records, which is correct.

But for the other tab, for e.g. it still show "Define Annual Goals (0)", which it is suppose to show "Define Annual Goals (2)".

After I click on one of the tab then it only show correct records count.

I would like to ask if there is any way that the tab show the correct records count even before I do a click?
