Re: Workflow final email not getting triggered

Hello,

 

Look in the workflow log (SWI1) to see what happened. Compare it with the steps you see in the workflow builder (SWDD) for the relevant workflow template (WS*) and figure out which steps were executed and which were not.

 

If you find the final mail step in SWI1 then click on Step History to see what happened.
