In Std SAP storage location is determined/updated at sales order level instead the storage location is determined in delivery document. You can assign the appropriate rule in 0vlk for the given delivery document. You can assign this rule in the field Storage location rule for example MALA in which storage location will be determined based on Shipping point - plant -storage condition.
