machine code for powerbuilder 12

Hi,  In pb8,  we have this structure

pfc framwork

department framwork

pfc framwork

project framwork

etc

we have no problem compile into machine code in XP environment.  After migrated to pb12 in wind 7 environment,  it works for normal comilation but hung when tried to compile into machine code.  we were told,  it is because of the structure of our frameworks.

Is there anything we need to know??/
