service cannot be reached in uwl task

Hi All,

I have raised a leave request and it reached the UWL task for Manager to approve.  If we open the task we are getting below error message.

service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note:

The termination occurred in the system with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

HTTP  404 - not found

"

We have configured UWL hence its reaching the uwl task inbox in portal.  However, clicking on that displays the above.

Portal version 7.4

Kindly let me know what the above error states and what should be done to rectify. Thanks.
