Check if the scenario of FIN_GSBER is assigned to your non-leading ledger in transaction S_ELN_06000019.
Now if you want to assign this scenario, it will start to update business area only from now onwards. For previous postings it will not get updated. So, if it is ok for you, move the configuration to Production at the beginning of new year so that atleast from next year onwards you will be able to draw financial statements at business area level also for non-leading ledgers. Check SAP Note 891144.
