Administrator and Partner Development options in C4C Tenant

Hi,

We just got the C4C tenant development tenant access with an admin access. And we logged into the tenant (1411), i only see 3 tabs..

• Application and User Management
• Business Configuration
• Business Management

I do not see Administrator, Partner Development Tabs in this tenant. Do we need to do activate some where to see these tabs?

I am new to C4C and would like understand the process. Can some one help me?
