It would have been better if you investigate and include the reason(s) why those cases were not closed automatically. I assume your question relates to transaction UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF.
If that is the case, check the program log report and see the reason why some cases were not closed. You can check the log of jobs created for program UDM_AUTOWRTOFF.
The most common reasons are incomplete config for auto writeoff. Check the following:
SPRO>>>Dispute Mgt>>>Process Integration with AR>>> Automatic writeoff of dispute cases>>> Edit Settings.
1. Ensure that the company codes to which the case belong is set up for auto writeoff
2. Ensure that the Case type, reason, and writeoff GL account is specified for this company code.
3. Ensure that the settings on this GL acct in each company code is correct- e.g tax relevant/or not, input/output/all tax types allowed etc is correctly specified.
4. Ensure Person responsible and cost centre is specified correctly.
5. Ensure the cost centre is active, and not blocked
6. ett, etc.
