Yes! Cloud for Service is a multi-channel contact center solution that supports both sales and service scenarios similar to the CRM OnPrem Interaction Center. As Angela indicated, we have C4Sales customers using C4Service in a Sales contact center scenario where the ticket is used as an "sales inquiry". Prospects (both B2C and B2B) through any channel (chat, social, email, portal, and phone/CTI) can get routed to a sales contact center and the inside sales rep can respond to the inquiry and then decide to convert the inquiry into a lead, quote, or opportunity and continue the process or hand over the process to another team dedicated for sales.
