I am a CRM Functional consultant, So far i was involved in implementing CRM on Premise, but in future i would be doing the CRM on Cloud implementation also. I have gone through many presentations on CRM on Cloud, but on some basic things i need your help to make me understand the following points:
My questions are:
1. As far as my knowledge concerns, It is a per-configured tool, so what will be the role of a functional consultant?
2. Is it possible to do any configuration based on the customer requirement?
3. If the configuration is possible, then again it would be done from GUI only? (Does GUI supports in CRM on Cloud for doing configuration)
4. Is there any requirement for a middle ware consultant?
5. Can we enhance the screen according to end user's requirement?
I would really appreciate any pointer on above points.
