Re: Not allowed to enter a Key Code

Hi Santhosh,

after de-installation, please delete the following directories:

1. License Key folder: C:\Users\Public\sappa (and sapvi if existent)
2. User Preferences folder: C:\Users\<user>\.predictive (and sapvi if existent)
3. Application folder: C:\Program Files\SAP Predictive Analysis (and SAP Visual Intelligence if existent)

Then re-install.
