Hi Venkata,

 

Are you using the standard "out of the box" portal framework or have you created a custom one that you are using? If a custom one I would suggest you switch to the standard desktop/framework and try (assuming you have a user you can logon with and navigate to make that change).

 

Also what version of the portal are you running? Does this happen to all users or just a few?
