I am puzzled by the fact that i have one desktop shortcut that cannot be removed to deleted. It is the SAP Easy Document Management.
I like to clean my desktop clean. This icon prevents me from doing so.
I do not need to use this software it came pre-installed on my work laptop.
Please advise on how to remove it.
