Thanks for you answer. I forgot to mention that the datasource are

- 2LIS_11_VAHDR

- 2LIS_11_VAITM

I knew that on SAP BI side (infopackage) has a date as of a selection criteria.

I just wondered how come on T-Code SBIW, I could not specify any date. See sample image below.

This comes to my concerns on performance since it seemed to interrupt operation tasks during filling data. Normally, which data should be considered to fill in setup table?
