Hi Andrea,

Thanks a lot for you response. These are the details you have asked

i) You stated that in your IDES the application works correctly, meaning you made an Embedded Deployment there?

Our gateway resides in back-end system only.

ii) Did you install same service packages in your mobility server (is it a gateway)?

Yes, the same service packs as in IDES have been installed in our system. Even the UI add-on is at latest SP level, i.e., SP07.

iii) You think you are facing an authorisation issue, did you copy the auth steps as IDES inst? Maybe it is worthy to check your app with sap_all sap_new... (what user are you using? the one suppose to work as admin?)

We have checked with the user with sap_all & sap_new authorizations too apart from the roles and authorizations specified in Fiori installation guide and UI add-on guide.Yes we are checking it with the admin user. But we have tried with other users also, but same result

iv) you told us that from sicf few apps work properly, did you try also the launchpad?

By few apps working fine from sicf, I mean I am able to get the application specific page, for example, if I launch the page for My Leave Requests from sicf I will get the page properly. But if I launch the launchpad service either from sicf it is completely blank in both IDES and Mobility Server. When executing admin page url for launchpad I am getting this Catalog <Catalog_Name> Loading failed alert message as shown in the screenshot.

Thanks In Advance,

Bince Mathew C
