Thanks.....I have been thru the documentation multiple times and know that it can be done. However I am looking for some opinion if SAP QN is good enough to hold all the information which FDA needs to be reported to them for all CAPAs created and dispositioned. From what I recollect from a previous client was that they did not want to use SAP QNs for CAPAs as they did not have enough fields to hold all trhe data. However I dont know the specifics of why the decision was made as it was long back and I was a green horn then. So here I am posting my question....not how it is to be done but whether it is a good enough tool to do it ? If anyone has an opinion I would be glad to hear it.
